did you like reinstall the entire thing? vanguard, valorant just everything?
u can also try disabling firewall or any antivirus temporarily and try again
or check if valorant and the required systems for it are allowed through firewall
just add it to like an exception list and it should work

welp um, tbh just contact val support through a ticket see if they tell u anything else
maybe ur driver has an issue if it shows any kind of an error code search it up to see what it means
I genuinely don't know what else it could be than no space left or an antivirus issue
maybe reinstalling drivers even tho idk how tf that would help but yk

Click on file at the top left
Then run as administrator

Uncheck every program that is in red and yellow color
Make sure vgc and anything related to vanguard is checked
