Missing Bulk Actions

I am having an issue with missing bulk actions. I have no idea when they dissapered or even if i had them at first place...

Have you installed Shield plugin? If so, check your permissions and execute:
php artisan shield:generate --allUghhh, i did not implement implements HasShieldPermissions in resorce. Thanks! I tought i was going crazy for a second..
