vcore 4 500 belt issues....at a loss

I've tuned and adjusted this like 50 time over the last week and I'm struggle on how to get the graph to look better. I have an extra peak in the lower belt. Are the belts supposed to slap against the frame at certain frequencies? Or do I need to tighten more?

So I removed the top panel of the enclosure and this is what the graphs look like now.....much better but still something going on at 85hz. Does this mean I need to tighten something up to not touch the top panel when it's closed?

higher the hz...the smaller the part.... I just posted similar comments on my own recent updates... the tuning let me see specifically what was buzzing at that specific Hz. https://discord.com/channels/582187371529764864/1269445937722294333 I'm not sure why just playing with the top would change your belt tension graphs (belts changed..not the same tension) your lower peak should be there, as too the main (obviously), it would appear something along your pulley/roller path is loose or out of round, or belt running against the edge of the pulley (riding up/dn the lip adds graph spikes as the tension fluctuates) ...and now thinking about it that snap back off the lip to the pulley surface, would act like a 'twang' of the belt resulting in a wave of oscillation freqs ymmv jfft

Do you have an umbilical cable rubbing against the top panel when it is in place?
