How do i access my account again
Over a year ago i stop playing PUBGM and i came back some time ago, but i can’t access my account because my login method (FaceBook) doesn’t work, when i login and put my info in, it says to do secondary verification and a code has been sent to my number…except i changed my phone number during the last year, so the secondary verification code is sent to a phone number which i no longer have access to. Is there anyway i can fix this problem? Can i possibly switch the phone number PUBGM sends the secondary verification to? Please help me.
Just show you guys know, I’ve tried the in game costumer service 5 times and the past months and they have not assisted me. If you have any questions to prove that this is account is mine, LET ME KNOW.

Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now....

Again, I’ve tried all of this.
But due to the time, lots of the questions I can’t answer due to how long I’ve been offline for.
I think all of this can be solved if you let me know how I can change my phone number for secondary verification.
You can change your phone number through the in-game settings if you still have access to your game account.
Without accessing my account.
Everytime I try logging it sends verification code to a number I no longer use hence I can’t access my PUBGM account.
In this case, your only option is to contact the in-game customer service for further assistance in to recover your game account.
