Does anyone know if it's possible to prevent this kick? a player really struggling but it seems to be there wifi possibly?

Additional info; vulcan false alerts - I have disabled the vulcan kicks for now but it looks like now the server itself is just kicking him.
What’s their ping
paper has a packet rate limit
change it in its config
around 300ish so not the worst I have seen
