Aternos 1.21 Forge
I want to use Distant Horizons on my Aternos server since its free render distance limit is 10. I'm using forge for that server, and I can't find a 1.21 ver of the mod for Forge. Do I have to use Fabric / Neo, or do other versions work too? I'm very new to modding & am extremely confused. Pls let me know, sorry if this is a dumb question

There isn’t a forge version as dh isn’t getting forge 1.21
And aternos can’t handle dh
so if i change my aternos server to fabric or neo, can i still use it? even if i dont set the render distance too high?
In theory, yes
But aternos is a free server that struggles a lot of the time so dh would probably cause the server to overload right as you join
