spring boot image upload service
Can someone please explain how to make an image upload service in my spring boot application? I'm new to Java. I think I can upload an image, but I don't know how to pull the image? I can't find an answer in any way. Below I leave my code and a link to my github repo for those who want to have a more general look.

it works in local but fails in railway. i wonder how can i see in railway if the images are loaded or not
