Others probably have a better method but I don't remember this stuff so I just take a smaller set everytime and deduce the rule
Like there are 9 terms in 1 to 9 , ismein 5 odd numbers hai matlab 9+1/2
Similarly here 2n-1+1/2
Same for even digits
Wait wut?
ig $cos(3 \theta)=4(cos(\theta))^{3}-3cos(\theta)$
SirLancelotDuLac
hes asking for number of terms not solution
Oh sorry.
np
umm appreciate your efforts brother but samaj nhi aya🥹
arey basic maths and patterns
its in a ap and has a formula.
angles here like theta then 3 theta then 5 theta etc... 2 theta is common diff and for this it is in ap
there is an ap formula for this
yes tell me that
sum of cosines of angles in ap?
see its starts with Theta coeff = 1
then 3 then 5
we can make a ap
1 3 5 ... 2n-1
common diff = 2 using ap formula putting for an = 1 + (n-1)2 = 2n-1 hence it has n terms as an = 2n-1
common diff = 2 using ap formula putting for an = 1 + (n-1)2 = 2n-1 hence it has n terms as an = 2n-1
Bhaiya here you go.
Man there are cubes in question
We have to first convert these to power of 1

Thanks a lot but i am talking about how you got to know that there are n terms and not something else like n-1 or anything like that
PING ME FOR CALCULAS PROBLEMS
@Gaurav most intuitive explanation
uhmm sorry But thanks it helped me
thanks a lot bro
Why sorry man doubt is doubt
A simple trick is to substitute a n value and check
For example take n as 3 so you’ll write until [cos5theta]cube, and here the number of terms are 3
So n will be the number of terms
ooooo like if the answer comes 1 more or less then the number of terms will be n + 1 or n - 1 ?
yess ik but it was a 10th grade doubt idk why i forgot it in just months
