Not working because I dont have my old device
The phone on which I used to log in or play PubG has been stolen and the same person has misused this account, I don't know whether he has washed all the links or given it to someone else or is using it himself. All my other answers are correct only one answer was wrong that of the less use device. As mentioned above my account and device went together on the same day was stolen so I can't claim with the new device I have the problem is that if I have my old account is easy to me to recover my account .

I did, the hacker submitted a report before me, he hacked my facebook account and changed everything there as well, then he changed everything on my pubg account so i couldn t acces it
@.Nadïa.🌴 The hacker make a false recovery claim on my account and somehow pubg accept its claim because nobody else has the access of my account other then me. He wash every single thing from my account in just a matter of few hours
