Quality differences between Charles Tyrwhitt weaves?
How do CT shirt weaves like poplin, twill, oxford, herringbone, etc compare in terms of quality? I see that twill is most popular choice and hear mixed opinions on poplin.

what do you mean by quality?
the overall feel of the fabric and its durability
thats pretty subjective, it depends what youre looking for
anything from an established maker like CT should be reasonably durable given proper care
Also i would not make a choice based on "quality" (whatever that may be) here. Different weaves have different vibes, different formality and different thickness and breathability.
That being said, I ordered something from CT (oxfords and a twill one) at the beginning of the year, tried it on and immidiately sent it back.
Ultimately there are tons of much better or cheaper shirts available secondhand. CT has very uninspired cuts and the fabric feels pretty meh. Unless you are unwilling to go for secondhand and unable to afford some more expensive makers I would honestly stay away.
