4K X missing too many frames due to rendering lag

My system is a Laptop CPU: 13th Gen Intel Core i9 13950HX Memory: 64 GBs GPU: Nvidia RTX 4000 Ada Generation 12GBs of VRAM I have an LG C4 Television, with the el gato 4K X hooked up to it. The 4K X is capturing at: 3840x2160p 60 fps video format: NV12 Color Space: Rec 2100 HLG Color Range: Limited I'm capturing another Windows Desktop. I cannot for the life of me understand why the 4K X just idle in OBS is missing frames due to rendering lag on this machine. This is blowing my mind. Here is a Log: https://obsproject.com/logs/yWs2VazhQ6emPOHW if there's any additional information i need please let me know. Thank you in advance to anyone that can help. Somethings that i've already tried: https://obsproject.com/wiki/Laptop-Troubleshooting Setting OBS Priority to High Running OBS as Admin Turning ON/OFF HAGS- Hardware Acceleration Graphics Scheduling Updating Nvidia Drivers.

1. When you updated the drivers, did you first uninstall them using Display Driver Uninstaller in Safe Mode (and setting Windows to not install drivers automatically), then installed the newest drivers cleanly? 2. The audio device for the capture card is set to 44.1KHz but your audio chain is all 48KHz - have you tried making sure all your audio is 48KHz? It sounds silly but audio resampling can cause silly issues 3. I'm not seeing any mention of lag in that log, rendering or otherwise. Can you do a test recording or stream and upload that log?

1. I'm on a fresh windows image I only just installed windows 11 in this laptop for a clean start. I had the Nvidia driver pre downloaded on another drive to install once booted. 2. No sir, I had no idea so I'll try this. 3. Yes absolutely!
