How can I do it If I have purchased domain from GoDaddy?
nope, you simply need to use their nameservers, cloudflare has a guide for that here - https://developers.cloudflare.com/dns/zone-setups/full-setup/setup/

but still not showing in Railways
dns updated I have got an email from Cloudflare's
have you added your domain to you railway service?

that would be incorrect, railway does not use A types, please remove those 3 records, and the domain from your service, then add the domain back and follow the instructions
last one is cnme from Railway
