LOD chunks not being shaded

Currently using Complimentary, LOD chunks dont appear to be shaded, same with water. I've fiddled with the settings and I've found the option to change the LOD shader (I think) but it will only give me Minecraft/Old lighting/None.

Water transition between real chunk and DH chunks are somewhat difficult to make it look nice. I am curious as to how Bliss look like though.
