account was banned for 10 years
ecently, my account was banned for 10 years without any reason while I was standing in the lobby and I filed a complaint. The account was not recovered and the complaint was rejected. To object, speak to customer service. What should I do? GameLoop, Windows 11 emulator.

Please note that the game accounts are banned only for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.
If you believe that your account has been wrongfully suspended, you can submit an appeal by clicking on the
File Claim button located in the bottom-left corner of the account suspension dialog box.

Please, I want to find a solution. I have been with you for more than 4 or 5 years, and I have not violated any rules or done anything, even if I just play. I opened the game and stood in the lobby, and you can review the account and verify that.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or through this email: [email protected].
If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification and wait patiently for a response.
