Business Casual/Office Wear Advice

Hey folks, Looking for some advice on what should constitute "business casual"/if what I have in mind seems appropriate for the office. Attached is a pic of what I'm thinking my "first day" fit should be, and I've also attached what is one of the few photos I can find of people in the office in what I presume is their everyday wear. My role is not particularly public-facing, although I will be meeting with several execs on the first day. I'm trying to avoid overdressing to whatever limit possible. I welcome more general advice, but to make the question super specific: Is what I'm wearing in my fitpic appropriate for the level of dress in the second picture? Thank you!

the texture doesn't pick up great but they're white leather vejas, I think inoffensive is exactly what I'm aiming for lol

yeah I think in the offices of today a 'quiet' white sneaker is on par with loafers/chukkas/etc in terms of formality

appreciate the confirmation :) I similarly hate "business casual" as a term cause' i feel like it means so many different things depending on industry

yeah as long as you're dressing like everyone else in your specific office I woudn't sweat it

Yeah, I think I'm chilling. Last time I was in (for HR stuff) I wore a similar thing, felt right in line. My boss was wearing a cable knit sweater, jeans and royal blue Jordan 1s

I think flat front pants would be better.
