How do I contact cloudflare support if I don't have access to my account?

They don't seem to have a support email and to open a ticket I have to be logged in. Point is I deleted my account like 2 months ago and I'm still getting invoices (0€ cause I was on the free plan anyway, but it's kind of annoying considering everything should be cancelled by now)

@𝒄𝒐𝒄𝒐𝒌𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒏 did you attempt to send a ticket to support@ and have it auto closed? If so, can you share the ticket number? I can try escalating it and request it be reopened

I can't send a ticket cause I can't login to my dashboard. I tried resetting the password but I never got the reset email, probably caused the account doesn't exist anymore in the first place

Well what I mean is that if you email support@ then it does generate a ticket it just auto closes, but it can then be reopened by Support. You can also raise a ticket without dashboard access by using https://dash.cloudflare.com/login-help

Ye The form is maybe better though, but either way once you have a ticket number I can escalate it

I filled out the form, it sent me an email saying my email address is not recognized as one associated with a Cloudflare account... Which makes sense, considering the account doesn't exist anymore Okay, I sent them an email now and I got back a message saying they don't accept support requests through email anymore, it also has something that looks like a request id, I suppose that's what you meant? #3357020

Yeah Do you have the ticket ID for this one as well? It may work better through the form The number like you gave is the one, should start with 3

No, it just rejected it, didn't even create ticket I think.

I've escalated it, will let you know what i hear back or hopefully they should be in touch Hi @𝒄𝒐𝒄𝒐𝒌𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒏, someone from Support let me know that while they unfortunately weren't able to make a ticket due to limitations in their new ticket system, they did identify the issue that was causing these invoices and have corrected it. Please let me know if you get another and I'll pass it along
