why it is horizontal i don't know
yes
i resetted multiple times with reset files and installed different version firmwares, unfortunately everything is same
does it happen so often?
what happens if you swap your nanos?
i haven't tried that, let me try
i swapped nanos, received and installed firmware. bluetooth connection seems doesn’t work. if i plug in cable, similar weirdness has been happening for left halve.
but then the right half is fine?
so sounds like it’s the one nano misbehaving
yes, only one nano has misbehaving
Could you please send your order #?
apologies for the delays here
I didn’t want to reply without testing a few other issues. I have three Lilly keyboards with Nanos. I had been experiencing some delay while typing, so I decided to use them with two USB-C cables as wired connections. I was happy with this setup, but one of the Nanos stopped working. I then requested help on Discord, and after a while, one of the other Nanos stopped working as well. Now I have two Nanos that aren't working.
I guess using wireless Nanos as wired devices is not a good idea; the battery and wire might have caused some damage to the Nanos.

Thanks, I'll send two replacement nanos
I just noticed you're using magnetic cables, please don't use them
they cause shorts and are likely what damaged your nanos
Two new nanos will be shipped soon
thank you so much
i wasn’t sure about magnets because in reddit lots of people say that they had been using magnets for a long time without any issue. I think they have rp2040 mcu, what do you think?
does using nanos as wired + battery might cause some problems?
Generally the nano is quite susceptible to shorts/electric shocks
