Stuck at human verification screen, response return 403 forbidden

Hi guys, I'm not a developer, just a normal user, yesterday when I try to access Path of Exile homepage to login and download the game, I got stuck at the human verification screen, upon further inspection, it seems like the response I received is 403 forbidden access, I thought it was due to my ISP being blocked by Cloudfare or something but turn out it's not, I can access to the page normally on my mobile device using the same Wifi, have anyone encounter such issue in the past and manage to solve it? if yes please let me know, thank you rayid: 8aa150c3784a854b
