My id has been hacked, i submitted a claim with relevant detailed information but still I dont know why they refused to give my id back
Can anyone suggest me a way to get my id back I have purchase proofs and other information regarding my id:(

I know when my account is hacked but I don't know accurate date so what shall I do now
