Can I pull these off? Office and casual.
What attire and colours do you lovely folk suggest can allow me to pull these off, for a Professional Office (Engineer) and casual setting.
I love the boots and style, not a big fan of the baby blue as it limits what cloths I can wear them with. But if I can find some niffy combinations...I can take it. Thanks :blobyes: :blobno:

These would be very difficult to wear in an office environment unless it is a very progressive or casual place
Baby blue is definitely not the challenge here
I would unironically recommend very big and long pants to cover most of the shoe. Or lean into the techy and futurish look with something like white or grey cargos with a funky hoodie for casual wear
It's very puzzling for me because it is my favourite color...just not as an accent in some other wise great looking cream shoes. I am drawn to, yet marginally repulsed by them... 😦
Any particular colours in mind? Jeans..turtle neck... I usually also wear wide brim fedoras.
I have a few of these. https://www.amazon.de/dp/B016ZJSIXK?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
Your usual style doesn't sound very cohesive with these boots. Are you dead set on getting them in optic white? Another colorway may be much easier to integrate here.
I also mostly wear Chelsea boots
If they were only cream or ivory. That wouldnot be a problem
But the baby blue throws it off...

Can you share some pics of your current outfits or perhaps similar outfits to those you wear currently? That can help us with some context as to what is/isn’t working with your style
In relation to these boots specifically, not a referendum on your style
The same shoe comes in triple black, would you consider that as a less visually aggressive option first to see if the style suits you?
Ok..just a sec
My boots are more rounde not pointy
I've lately been a bit more adventurous with color when I got into this particular brand = Camper that makes this baby blue accented boot...I now have a few of their more vibrant shoes.
The white and blue boots you shared above will be tougher to pair with the style you’re sharing - those boots lean more technical, from the combination of the sole, color, and shape. Hard to say yes or no without seeing pics/styling in action but I’m with Sal - I’d lean into a more technical look, instead of jeans maybe a wide legged trouser or cargo pant might fit
Aah!
If I might bother you a bit more,..if you wouldn't mind sharing a few pics of what you suggest.
I have 5 of this line = twins, but most just wear this one in particular. https://www.camper.com/en_DK/men/shoes/twins/camper-twins-K100845-013

Twins (K100845-013) by Camper
Multicolored leather and textile men's sneakers with OrthoLite® Recycled™ removable footbeds and XL EXTRALIGHT® Organix™ 3.0 outsoles (30% bio-circular compounds). In 1988, we challenged the idea that shoes should be identical, designing a mismatched pair with asymmetric details — and our iconic TWINS was born.
My first thought when seeing the boots themselves was that they’d work best in a fit like the first - this is super techwear-ish and probably not a great fit for your office. The second picture is maybe closer to where you are now, even if it’s different - it’s got a more technical sneaker (not a boot but I think it occupies a similar vibe to the campers and boots you’ve shared) but more traditional otherwise, I like it as a blend of tech and more traditional fabrics
The brand has wacky color combinations...this baby blue optic white a syou called it...is the most tame looking.
they have the same style in black
Yes. I actually...don't own nay black shoes. 😂
I haven't won black shoes of any kind in 25 years.
So it didnt even register
Sounds like you're committed to white and that's okay, just difficult. stotheg7 gave you some good ideas of techy outfits to try out. There's a lot more on the streetwear and techwear subreddits if you're familiar.
Dark brown is usually as far as I would go in boots.
Ah! Ok. I guess...they have something more palatable, but their largest size 45 EU is one size smaller, than mine.
For similar style inspo that takes more technical pieces and combines with cool textures, I’d check out some of the fits from Pesty - if you navigate to the WAYWT channel and search from:smegmiam and sort to media, those pictures may help you find some inspiration for how to combine these with something you own already
Thank you awesome people for taking your time to help me out @StotheG7 @Salvatore @raisin
