Do Custom Packs count towards the Purchase Gift UC event?

I just noticed there were Custom Packs added today that include UC + extra rewards, I am wondering if that UC is counted towards the Purchased Gift UC event that gives you UC back, thanks!

No. Only normal in-game purchases will be counted.
