how are multiplayer folders named (fancymenu conncet to server button)
hello, the faq says that for multiplayer lod data is stored in
.minecraft/Distant_Horizons_server_data/SERVER_NAME/
i was wondering about that SERVER_NAME, is it the actual ip adress of the server, or the name that the player chooses when adding a server, (the one where the default is Minecraft server
Im asking this because in my modpack im using fancymenu which allows me to create a quickjoin button, that when setup connects directly to the server ip and there is no way of giving it a name like a player would add a server in their list
so the folder created is just a +
the path of overworld for example is C:\Users\Public\Documents\SraghnaIVDEV\Distant_Horizons_server_data\+\overworld

It’s whatever you named the server iirc
For instance, if I named my server “test” it would show “test” in the folders
ah
so i guess since it has no name (quick join button)
it just defaults to +
im gonna try adding the server the good old way and see if a new folder appears
yup

naming it with a space also gives the same result of a +
Solution
so ig yeah it defaults to + if no name is found
