I am getting the acceleration as -Ftantheta/2m but the answer is Ftantheta/2m , pls lmk if a minus symbol is coming or not

Oh ok never knew!, I did check the solution and there they took F - 2Tsinetheta = 0 Acc to me I got F +2T sintheta = 0 I am still confused by this concept perhaps , any chance u could help?

see it has to be F-2Tsinthetha only but since we are applying newtons law on a massles its string so its mass is zero thats why F-2tsintQ=0 which is the resultant upward force

But won’t the direction of F and Tsintheta be the same so you’ll add? Or does it not work like that?
