Spawn Chunks Issue?

Idk why this is happening but the area in the middle is the spawn and its given chunks. could be a shaders thing. hand full of mods and resource packs so that could have an impact. Could also be my settings which are kinda wack. Idrk what i was doing when i was setting it up but i got it to mostly work except for this.

Solution:

Starlight causes LODs to be black in some cases. You need to disable Starlight and regenerate the LOD.
