Slow internet sppeds compared to windows and othe linux distros

on windows and other distros on the same machine I am able to take full advantage of my gigabit internet. for some reason on bazzite its limited to 100mb here is a hw-probe because the ujust device-info is broken for me https://linux-hardware.org/?probe=d8baef4dad

didn't make a diffrence but went into kde network speed settings and saw link nogotian was on ignore set it to 1gb rebooted and everything works fine now. went back to google BBR by removing the two lines I added to /etc/sysctl.conf ...

The only change we make to networking is to switch to the Google BBR TCP congestion control You could try reverting that, but I don't suspect that would cause the issue you're describing
