Good blazer find in Goodwill?
I'm kind of new to shopping for suits, jackets, and sport coats. I've been given a few, but they all tend to not fit well and are noticeably baggy. I'd love to have a good fitting jacket just to have on hand, but am unsure of fit. This blazer seems to be okay, but just looking for second opinions.

question out of interest: Is there a third lower button hole?
also next question: are the buttons on the left or the right side?
I've double checked. There's no third button hole. I also just realized that, yeah, buttons are on the left so it's likely a women's jacket that got mixed in with the men's
i would pass on that one tbh
certainly for a blazer fit for slightly more formal occasions
too short and too tapered at the body (as you said, it's probably a women's jacket that got mixed in with menswear)
Yeah, I can just keep looking. I don't need it for a few more months so I have time
also not a fan of the lapel length in general
Mostly just got excited because normally they don't fit at all in the shoulders lol
looking for tailoring in goodwill can be an exercise in futility and patience - it's always better to hold out for something that fits in the shoulder and sleeve length
