Drake's Tweed Suit styling suggestions
Hey! Picked up this extremely cool tweed Drake's suit from eBay, and as I wait for it to arrive, I'm interested to hear some suggestions for styling. My gut says to play it conservative for shirt/shoes/tie and let the suit do the talking, but if any cool ideas strike, let me know!

sick suit. Could be cool with the right sneakers
I don't tend towards sneakers/tshirts under suits. I love to see people pull that off, but it doesn't work for me unfortunately.
Holy shit that looks good asf. I'd second you on the conservative take, but I'd probably swap the shirt with a turtleneck or, if the weather permits, layer a scarf over it.
the right leather boot might also be an option
How does Drake’s style it?
Yes dude, turtle neck. That's a great idea
I wish I knew! I bought it second hand and have had trouble finding it online anywhere.
I was thinking black leather derbies
black Kiltie loafers
I meant to come back to this but I'm sure Ethan M Wong has an essay or two on this sort of thing. I think a plain OCBD with a plain tie would be easy or just with a shetland when it's colder
if you want to venture less traditional, i think denim or chambray shirt would be inspired - it would pick up the blue in the plaid and is a contrasting texture to the tweed. i'd wear a plain tie with it, probably wool or knit if you can find it
yeah a casual blue shirt with a black knit tie I think would be really nice
