Cannot unlink Email and phone number.

So i gave my account to one of my closest friend a long time ago just to play the rp missions because i had exams and was unable to play the game. When he got the account, he has linked his mobile number and email but I didn’t know he had linked these until i saw a recent login with the email. I said him to unlink the account but he is refusing to do so. Is there a way to unlink the email and phone number from my account? I’ve already tried customer service from ingame and all of my requests got rejected.

Please be advised that trading, gifting, which includes sharing of game account is against the terms of service of PUBG MOBILE. The owner is solely responsible for protecting their account safely. Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts. You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim....
