If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification and wait patiently for a response....

because it happens to me 4 years ago with my first account.. and they didn't reply at all i've sent mails and nothing happens.
Sometimes under 3 days or 15 days. I am not sure at that.

Try reddit support if you are not satisfied with the file clam after response. Mail might not work.

the reddit support didn't do anything when they have deleted my world record from my career 2 seasons ago.
i really hope that someone on the support re-watch all my playing videos i know they have recorded videos and i hope i get back my account because this is really unfair .
