Application failed to respond error

I created a public domain and get that error when I try to access it.

It's a fastify server I have setup to listen on process.env.PORT
I've gotten strange looking logs like
container event container died and Stopping container randomly for some reason
Pls help
I guess i need to host on 0.0.0.0
