Distant Horizons just doesn't work
I made a custom modpack for myself and friends, first the distant horizons doesn't work when I turn on the server, it just crashes the server, I suppose its client side only?
But even in single player it's chunks don't generate

yes it's clientside only unless you get the weird serverside fork
also chunks take forever to generate
I mean it's painfully slow
get Noisium and it'll help a ton
I used it yesterday in a basic shader + distant horizons, I have a pretty strong pc, it easily loaded, but they don't generate at all in this modpack i made

Make sure you have Distant Horizons 2.1.3, Iris 1.7.2, Indium, Sodium, Lithium, FerriteCore, Noisium all on latest versions
and a compatible shader
Complementary latest version is the best generally

then you need oculus 1.7+
and embeddium

latest.log file to provide additional useful information.
Logs are located in the .minecraft/logs directory.
On Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\logs
On Linux: ~/.minecraft/logs
On Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/logs
Please upload the file to mclo.gs instead of sending the raw file. This makes reading the contents of the file a lot easier and improves the chances of you getting the help needed.
