Table Action Group Cannot click 4th action

Is table action group limited into 3 actions ? I'm trying to click the 4th action and it seems disabled.

Solution:

I got the problem, my footer was using z-index the reason why it cant be clicked.

looks like an overflow issue. might be a bug
