Account Lost.
I only linked my account using Facebook and I have never unlinked it. Facebook says my account has been linked since 2018 and is still active, but, in-game when I connected to facebook it made a new level 1 account. I've tried searching for my previous account but it has been disabled. If possible, I'd like my previous account active again.

Please contact the in-game customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim....

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If you are not satisfied with the results after you have received a response for your in-game account recovery request, you may create a post through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification.
