Hey there was wondering how or where do i obtain the permanent theme for “Deep Sea Mystery” in order to get the permanent “Seabed Palace”

This Is temporary lobby in 60days
Only the permanent Deep Sea Mystery Theme background can be upgraded and replaced by the Seabed Palace Theme background.
