I have been banned for 1 year for owing uc.
My account name is DaddyJohnny6. I have previously contacted pubg mobile support several times via email but the issue wasn’t resolved. I have bank statements regarding all my purchases and I can provide screenshots of all transactions. I have car masterpieces as well as maxed level x suit. Been playing this game since season 4 and really wish to have this problem resolved. 🙏

You can use the File Claim option when logging into the game if you would like to appeal your suspension.
I have and it shows that I have zero penalty on the account and shows a blank page @Piston

I didn’t purchase any uc through illegal means. I have purchased over 5,000 USD worth of UC. Is there a way for you guys to show me which transaction was voided? I am more than happy to purchase what I owe if that’s the case. Thank you. @Piston
