Can you use DH with any server that has its chunks already loaded?

No, it cannot. Although, theres a fork being worked on, which makes DH able to do this, when put on both client and server

Yes, although on multiplayer, you have to explore chunks, before DH can render them
nah i mean if the server owner had used chunky to pre gen chunks cant DH show em without me exploring em
