Command I'm testing is:
have you enabled command blocks

And the commands work since basic commands work

you are removing the ‘/‘ right
for the command block

But the command displays as valid

So you need to specify a target even in the tp command
Therefore it would be
/execute at @p[x=-forty-three, y=one hundred sixteen, z=-sixty-five, dx=three hundred fifty-four, dy=one, dz=three hundred fifty-eight] run tp @p one hundred eighty-four point thirty-four hundredth one hundred twenty-nine point sixty-six hundredth one hundred thirty-six
