Having problems deploying
made a very small change (text change in html) and my last 2 deploys just hang after build

huh ok one of them just completed, took much longer than usual
You might've just gotten unlucky and landed on a host that hasn't received the build-speedup update yet
its funny because other than today, my builds have seemed much faster!
yeah some of your services could deploy in 3 seconds, some could take multiple minutes until all the hosts are updated
