issues with Monoscopic mode on Intel Iris Xe Graphics

got a Surface Pro 9 with Intel Integrated Graphics and trying to run Monoscopic. It runs, and some things work but things aren't painting correctly and am seeing errors like in the attached log file...
C:/tools/OpenBrush_Mono_2.7.0/OpenBrush_Data/MonoBleedingEdge/OculusXRPlugin.dll
Fallback handler could not load library

I'm just guessing it's related to the graphics, b/c everything works swimmingly on my nvidia desktop. A repeatable issue is just drawing something from the exampleScripts, and when I draw something else, or issue a "new" command, nothing is cleared and it's just additive. I've tried various versions of Monoscopic and all exhibited similar errors. OpenBrush_Desktop_2.7.56
