Hello, I have this problem with the chunks, they do not load correctly, some are obscured and others are transparent and bugged.
Pregenerate the world with chunky and with shaders the same problem still happens.
Don't pregen your world with chunky and see if it happens and if you want the same world with all the things you built just delete the lod data (DistantHorizons.sqlite) from your world folder
/lodstore
Single Player:
- Overworld:
.minecraft/saves/WORLD_NAME/data/DistantHorizons.sqlite
- Nether: .minecraft/saves/WORLD_NAME/DIM-1/data/DistantHorizons.sqlite
- End: .minecraft/saves/WORLD_NAME/DIM1/data/DistantHorizons.sqlite
- Custom Dimensions: .minecraft/saves/WORLD_NAME/DIMENSION_FOLDER/data/DistantHorizons.sqlite
Multiplayer:
- .minecraft/Distant_Horizons_server_data/SERVER_NAME/
I changed to the previous version and created a new world and I was able to solve it, thanks anyway
the black chunks ussually appear with starlight
Or it's an issue with 2.1.2... It's not always starlight.
it is kind of a combination of both, 2.1.2 has the bug that it cant read starlight's special format
and yes it is to my knowledge always caused by starlight
Yet I have a world that has never had starlight touch it with this bug... so.. to my knowledge it's not always caused by starlight.
oh thats interesting
any other light engine mods?
maybe phosphor?
Nope. No phosphor either.
huh alright
Like the solution is the same either way; Just don't use DH 2.1.2
