Not all users receiving experience
Hello š
So, I recently put this bot onto a server. If I take a look at the leaderboard, there are only 17 users that have so far written messages. But I am 100% sure, that more than just 17 users have written messages. The bot somehow doesnt keep up, it hasnt really updated in the last hour at all tbh. It just looks like it doesnt change to the level it should have changed.

but judging from your blacklisted channels, it'd seem like you wanted to use whitelist instead?

1ļøā£ ā¢ Use the panel in ā #š-help-me to check if your problem is a common issue! Use the buttons to select your problem and the bot will automatically respond with a message only you can see!
2ļøā£ ā¢ Check the documentation at https://docs.lurkr.gg/ and either use the guides found at the top of the navigation panel, or use the search tool to look for a specific thing you need to do!
3ļøā£ ā¢ Use the commands
/config check
and /config troubleshoot
to get a better idea what issue you're having!
ā ā¢ Still stuck? Ask your question in as much detail as possible to help other people understand what your problem is and help you fix it quickly!

š ā¢ https://www.answeroverflow.com/c/705009450855039039Okay. So I recently put this bot on a server with multiple thousands of users. Day has been somewhat active so far and like 50 users should have started collecting XP. but for some reason, the leaderboard only shows 17 and hasnt changed that in the last hour or so. I am very confused as to why that is
run /config troubleshoot
I did, this was the result:
whats your server id
seems like you're using leveling channels on blacklist mode

indeed
this means that users will not be able to gain xp on the channels on the list. in other words, they'll only be able to gain xp in channels not in that list
stupid mistake I think
ma bad, sorry for the wasted time
all good. if you have issues feel free to make a post
will do. thanks a lot.
much appreciated :o7:
heyyah.
sorry to come here again but the fix doesnt seem to work. It has stuck again, this time at 21 users.
The thingy shouldve worked this time but doesnt :pepecig:
i'd need more information this time. for example, which user didn't get xp when you expected them to? in which channel was the message sent?
also make sure lurkr has permissions on the channels you expect xp to be gained
you can use
/config debug option:Leveling Channels
for that last one, but it hits the character limit really easily if you have a lot of channelsI dont know what happened, but since sending this message, about 20 people have received XP, which is round about what was expected. So it seems to be working now.
It just had an immense delay which made it weird I think. I dont know tbh. but for now it seems to work
<:icon_levelup:1086286977118261318> Level Up! <:icon_levelup:1086286977118261318>
<@719593771280367698> has reached level 3!
They now have 311 XP!
I just found a bug. The very first message triggers the message cooldown (1 minute) but does not award xp
this should be fixed now
