Ban Appeal/Customer support
Hello, I needed help with my account on pubg mobile. I was banned for something about data privacy which I am not sure what it is. I do not use cheats or any 3rd party software or did anything violate the regulations. This happened on July 10 just when I was trying to start a match and I would get stuck in the loading screen but the game wouldn’t put me in the match. This occurred multiple times before I was finally let into a match where I received a message upon boarding the plane stating my account was banned. I’ve already emailed Pubg mobile customer support and specifically asked them to investigate but they haven’t told me exactly why I was banned. I’ve already filed a claim as instructed in an attempt to verify my identity of the account but it was denied. I believe this is a mistake and I kindly ask if someone could check on this for me? I would be grateful. My pubg id is 513566008.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit....
