my account was hacked
I couldn't play during the pandemic due to sensitive issues, when I play again it appears that my account was stolen, here is a screenshot of my account before and how it is now with the thief, I need help

Please contact the in-game customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim....

Please contact the in-game customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If you are not satisfied with the results after you have received a response for your in-game account recovery request, you may create a post through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification.
