Few questions for the new version.
I wanted to try out the new distant horizon mod since I saw it on tiktok and youtube and today I finally got time but Im ingame it seems it doesnt work. Im playing Forge, 1.19.2 and using the complementary shader reimagined. on the screenshot I set a render distance of 500 in distant horizon (just to see if it works).

so Forge 1.20.1 works?
Yes
you should use fabric with sodium and iris rather than forge
Forge in general is not that supported until sodium and iris get ported officially
Which is not that soon

well if I play modded minecraft I mainly play on forge
then you can't use shaders with DH
why? he said it works on 1.20.1 forge
if you update to 1.20.1 or newer you can use shaders on forge
but you're on 1.19.2
yeah but right now I just wanna experience it so I will switch to 1.20.1
Don't use forge, you'll run into way more issues caused by Oculus and you'll waste time debugging and not playing
