You can achieve that by using certain software, like VB-AUDIO, which can route an application's audio into your microphone input.
However, this has nothing to do with mechakeys specifically, so you probably won't get any help here, and you should either look for tutorials online or go to their discord

Just to clarify, you could do this with v1 too, or with any application that plays audio for that matter. But no, v2 does not have this feature built in, and it probably never will
