I want to set back my region because I mistakenly changed it to UAE but I want to take it back to Albania, but the problem is that I have to wait 120 days but I can’t keep it like that because if MS. Can someone please help me?

We do not recommend changing your country/region settings to somewhere where you are not physically located. Please keep in mind that the usage of VPN is not recommended as it can put your account at risk of getting suspended.
However, your in-game country/region does not affect your ping, because PUBG MOBILE can automatically detect your current location. But for now, your only option is to wait for the cooldown to end, there is no other way....
