I try in game submit but it happen 7 months ago and i get 2 times not approved, on reddit i wait 2 days
Did you provided your email on Reddit?
Have you received any response in Reddit?
Because, email from [email protected] will never clam that they are Krafton Customers Support team.
Try to provide as much detail as you can so they can verify that this account belongs to you.

Not personal details, like email or any important details which should be not public. You can post some screenshots of your account that verify that you are the owner.
Wait for Moderators reply because I am not sure that email is real or not but the way they message It most likely a spoof mail but not sure. So it’s better to wait if real then moderators will let you know. Also I am a normal player as you.
Try to blur that part where your email is visible.

Hi, @NONÁMÉ I got a way to verify that email is legit or not. Just click on See security details and after that verify that it says that

Please do not trust this email. There is no KRAFTON support team for PUBG MOBILE, @NONÁMÉ.
