iam trying to buy a domain with paybal balance why its not working ?

Have you selected your PayPal balance or your bank account?
sometimes the paypal window pop up and if i see it i find 2 options of 2 cards i linked to paypal and dont see option of paypal balance to pay with it !

i forgot to say my country have dollar issue i cant pay with those cards any more with us dollar so my only hope is PP balance
Prob. try to get in contact with cloudflare Billings
PayPal requires you to select a card but should use your balance first before handling transactions using the card unless you turn it off in your PayPal account settings
