Can I swap out Stripe for my country-specific payment processor alternative?
The thing is Sripe is not used where I am from. Can I swap it out?

Hi @Pilgrim. I'm kapa.ai, your friendly support bot. I will try to answer your question by searching through the knowledge base.

Hmm, I don't know enough to give you a confident answer yet. Currently, Wasp is not language agnostic, but there are plans in the future for it to become more so. This might include more flexibility with payment processors. For now, I recommend checking the Wasp documentation (https://wasp-lang.dev/docs) or asking in the Wasp Discord community for more specific information.

Sorry @Pilgrim, I seem to be having a bit of trouble. Don't worry though, I've pinged my support and they will try to fix me up! :technologist:
Perhaps try again in 15mins?
I found this and its still an open issue

Can we integrate other payment gateways · Issue #103 · wasp-lang/op...
I would like to know if it is possible to integrate other local payment gateways than stripe ?
Yeah, it's not available by default in OpenSaas 😢
But OpenSaas is a template, so you can do whatever you want after you start using it (including adding a different payment provider yourself).
If you're up for it, you can even make an open source contribution to open saas (wink wink).
Tell me if I got something wrong @Vinny (@Wasp)
Yeah @Pilgrim you can use any payments processor you like, like LemonSqueezy for example. Is that the one youre interested in?
Of course, Open SaaS comes with Stripe only, but after this next update, we will try and implement LemonSqueezy as well. Of course, like @sodic said, Open SaaS is a template, so you can do anything you want with it, e.g. implement PayPal or any other payments
