Make sure that when you enable secure boot you save your bios settings; if you don't do "save and restart", it'll revert the bios to whatever it was before changes were made

what I did, because what I do is I run secure boot mod standard csm didables save changes and exit and I still deleted the bios and turn on secure boot and when I turn on the computer the bios keeps turning on and when I turn off the computer it's like this The bios just turns on

Their bios is in legacy mode
I am kinda washed so don't wanna mess stuff up

U don't need to install new bios
